Fort Scott To Open NJCAA D2 Men's Basketball National Tournament On Monday

Winners of the NJCAA Region 6 Division 2 Men's Basketball Tournament and automatic berth into the NJCAA Division 2 National Tournament, Fort Scott has received the number 20 seed in the 20-team tournament after qualifying for the tournament for the first time since 2014 following their fifth Region Title in program history. The Greyhounds will have the honor of kicking off the tournament with the first game on Monday, March 16th at 9 AM (CDT) when they take on number 13 Davidson-Davie College, winners of the South Atlantic District Title out of NJCAA Region 10.  

If Fort Scott were to win their opening round matchup, the Greyhounds would face off against number four seed Pima Community College at 9 AM on Tuesday to open the second day of competition in Danville. 

 All games of the 2025 NJCAA Division 2 Men's Basketball National Tournament will take place at the Mary Miller Center on the campus of Danville Community College in Danville, Illinois, and will be streamed live on the NJCAA Network (www.njcaa.org/network).
