The Fort Scott Community College Adopt an Athlete Program is in need of volunteers who would be willing to be that 'home-away-from home' for 17 more student/athletes.

Every year, the Adopt an Athlete program helps find host families to match with student/athletes from across the country.  This year, with the overwhelming growth of the program, they are still searching for 17 more families.  No monetary transaction is allowed per NJCAA rules.  The best way to support these student/athletes is to support at athletic events, home-cooked meal, or just a place to 'get away' and feel at home.
