Lady Hounds Drop Third Straight Conference Game at Johnson County

The Fort Scott Community College women's basketball team dropped their third straight game in conference play with an 89-30 loss at #10 Johnson County on Saturday afternoon.

FSCC found themselves in a hold early trailing 21-5 at the end of the first quarter and then the deficit extended to 46-13 at halftime.

Ally McKenzie was the only player for FSCC in double figures with 10 points and three rebounds. Kamaya Miller ended with five points and Shalina Harper tallied four points.

Offensively, FSCC hit just nine shots in the game, shot 20% overall and hit just one of 17 from three point range.

Johnson County posted three players in double figures led by Sydney Jones with 16 points as the Cavs shot a blistering 56% from the field.

The Lady Hounds are now 11-10 overall, 0-3 in conference play and will be on the road at #3 Highland on Wednesday night.
