Lady Hounds Softball Celebrate Halloween

Halloween is one of the most anticipated holidays of the year and Halloween 2012 this was no exception for the Lady Hounds softball team. Dressed as everything from Superwoman and Batwoman to a Pirate and Giant Baby, the Lady Hounds were decked out and in full force at this year's Truck-or-Treat. At the annual event put on by the Community Christian Church in Fort Scott, the team handed out candy to the children of Fort Scott and Bourbon County. Food, bouncy games, train rides, a horse drawn wagon and a live band were all part of the evening's festivities.

"It was fun filled evening of laughs for everyone," said Coach Schalk. "It was a great opportunity for the Lady Hounds to dress up and enjoy the spirit of Halloween while giving back to the community."
