The past two weekends have been successful ones for the Greyhound Rodeo Team.  In Colby, KS, the men finished in third place.  Blain Kaufman, Austin Graham, Brody Cooper and Alex Edmonds made short go in the bareback riding.  Ty Hamm and Cody Hamm made short go in the saddle bronc riding, while Jacob Hotsenpiller made the short go in the breakaway roping.

This past weekend, the rodeo team traveled to Durant, OK.  The Men's team finished the rodeo in first place.  Blaine Kaufman, Tyler Pasour, Dalton Kingery, Alex Edmonds and Austin Graham made the short go in bareback riding.  Blain Kaufman went on to win the average bareback riding.  Ty Hamm and Cody Hamm made the short go in saddle bronc riding, with Ty claiming third place in the average.  Tim Tippmann made the short go in bull riding and Brittany Mumbrue made the short go in goat tying.

To make the short go the athlete places in the top ten in their event and then gets to compete again.

The Rodeo team will travel to Pratt this weekend.  October 20, 2012 marks the day of the Annual Alumni Rodeo.  Performance times are 1:30pm and 7:30pm.
