The Fort Scott Community College men's basketball team dropped a pair of games over the weekend in Beatrice, Nebraska snapping a three game winning streak.
The Greyhounds fell 70-60 on Friday night against Southeast Community College and followed up on Saturday afternoon with a 79-72 loss versus Central Community College-Columbus.
In Friday's defeat, Tyler Zinn led the Greyhound attack with 22 points and seven steals. Jayden Davis provided 11 off the bench and Daemar Jones finished with nine. The Greyhounds trailed by four points at halftime and were outscored by six in the second half.
In Saturday's game, four Greyhounds finished in double figures led by Zinn with 24 points, seven assists and six steals. Davis provided 14 off the bench and Dontrell Sanders finished with 12 points and five rebounds.
FSCC led 44-41 at halftime but were outscored 38-28 in the second half.
The Greyhounds are 8-7 overall and will play at Washburn JV on Monday night following the women's contest in Topeka.
