Sophomore Austin Danner from Shawnee Mission, KS has been named Jayhawk Conference Player of the week for week three.

Austin helped the Greyhounds win both games in week three, by scoring 28 points making 10 of 17 shots from the field, including making 3 of 9 three point shots and 5 of 7 free throws against Hesston College.  Austin followed that performance by scoring 25 points against Wentworth Military Academy making 7 of 14 shots, with 3 of 7 from the three point line, including the go ahead basket with 6.3 seconds left in the game.  Austin also, shot 100 percent from the free throw line making 8 of 8 free throws.
