Football Helps With Blood Drive at FSCC

The Greyhound football team strikes again, this time a little closer to the dorms. Fort Scott Community College held their annual blood drive where students and faculty could come to the Ellis Fine Arts building and donate blood for a good cause. Over twenty football players showed up to help unload all of the equipment off the blood mobile truck. What normally would take two guys unloading the truck a minimum of two hours, took less than thirty minutes with a little football muscle.

"All in all, our guys did a fantastic job with unloading and setting up all of the stations for the blood drive," said Linebackers Coach Matt Glades. Coach Glades also commented saying, "If anybody in Fort Scott needs any help, all they need to do is contact FSCC football and we'll come running out to help!"

Greyhound football is once again proud to support this great community.
