The Fort Scott Community College football program's main goals are to graduate, win a national championship, and earn a scholarship. If there ever was a fourth goal, it would be to reach out to the community that supports Greyhound Athletics.

As a coaching staff, our goal is to mold men of integrity and character.  If all we do is teach X's and O's, then we have failed. Last month, our football players supported the local Fort Scott youth wrestling tournament by transporting the mats, setting up the mats, taping them down. Even our head coach, Curtis Horton, isn't afraid of getting his hands dirty. All together it was an enjoyable experience for our players.
