Postseason Honors begin for Greyhound Baseball

This past week the KJCCC and Region IV Baseball Coaches gathered in Wichita to select the All-Conference and All-Region Teams.  FSCC was represented by four members of this year's baseball team for their production on the field.  John Means, freshman pitcher from Gardner, KS, earned First Team All-Conference and Second Team All-Region honors.  Reyn Sugai, freshman third baseman from Honolulu, HI, earned Second Team All-Conference.  Sophomores Brett Swain, pitcher from Omaha, NE, and Cody Ball, outfielder from Kansas City, KS, earned Honorable Mention All-Conference.  Head Coach John Hill proudly stated, "We are very proud of these four young men; well-deserved honors for their on-the-field production."

More honors are to follow as the Academic All-Americans and Team GPA Awards should be released in the coming weeks.  Coach Hill states, "These are the most important honors – our academic awards!"
